I tried to contact thr chats but it would take forever

I want to get a refund for my recent purchase, for the whole year plan including this month. It won't start on my PC.

(Lightroom something) ASAP

As I understand you are looking for a refund. Have you cancelled the subscription? For the cancellation requests and the billing queries, please Contact Customer Care.

Hi

I tried to contact the chats but it could not help me out.

I want to get a refund for my recent purchase, for the monthly plan including this month. I didn't use the product for once as there was a billing issue but I am charged today for Rs. 5351 .

I selected Adobe After effects in my plan. I want my full refund asap as there is still billing issue showing on my profile.

Nobody here in the fora can help you with refunds. You really need to access Adobe customer care for this. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! Hi,

 

I purchased trial account last week and I was planning to decide wether to keep it or not but before I finalized money deducted from my account for monthly payment. I do not want to proceed with the account as the trial plan is not suitable for me. 

 

Could I get my refund please? I will really appreciate help in this matter
