I want to refund on my Subscription but I do not know how to.

Hello, how do I request for a refund here? I was using the free trial for Adobe Acrobat Pro but I forgot about cancelling the free trial. Yesterday, I was charged through my Touch N' Go e-wallet and I was wondering how can I request and get my refund as I am not using the software anymore?

You have 14 days from when you start the trial to cancel and receive a refund

If you cancel after 14 days and the trial converts to a subscription you do not get a refund
