I want to remove my credit card info form adobe

For removing your credit card only and still accessing the free Adobe ID services you will need to contact Adobe customer service. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.

If you want to delete your account, proceed as @John T Smith showed. 

You need, however have cancelled any subscriptions that are still active prior to this.
