i wanted the free trial and got billed anyway. where's my refund?
where is my refund? it was supposed to be a 30 day free trial. i cancelled within a week.
if you cancelled within the trial period, refunds are automatic and take up to 14 days to complete.
meanwhile, check your account, https://account.adobe.com to confirm everything is cancelled and save your trial start and trial cancellation emails from adobe.
