Question

I was billed earlier than I should have been

Hello, I've activated my test subscription and purposedly wanted to cancel it after 5 days. I got the message saying that if I do that in that moment, I will lose 2 FULL DAYS of program access. Due to this message, I've set a notification in my phone about 10 hours early to the end of the test subscription, but in the morning of that day I've got the message that I was getting billed. I couldn't cancel it, since it says I have to update my payment. Thanks to this I can't cancel it since yesterday. I'd like my subscription canceled and preferably my account deleted. There seems to be no way of contacting the support and now I'm stuck. I'd appreciate the help.

Best regards,

Barbara

If you have problems canceling, please go to Adobe Customer Service (make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups on your browser):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

Hi Barbara,

We hear you! I understand that you wish to cancel your subscription, and it's asking you to update the payment.

I would suggest you first update the payment and then cancel. As per Adobe policy, you can cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase and get a full refund in the first month of purchase. You can see the terms here:https://www.adobe.com/legal/subscription-terms.html

Reach out to us if you have any questions. Hope this helps!

Thanks

Kanika
