I was charged but I cancelled my plan

I am requesting a refund for a recent charge of CAD $45. I canceled my subscription before the free trial period ended and did not intend to continue with a paid plan.

Despite canceling during the trial period, I was charged CAD $45. I believe this charge was made in error, and I kindly ask that you review my account and process a refund.

Please let me know if you need any additional information, such as my Adobe account email address or transaction details.

    I am sorry for any confusion you may have encountered while managing your multiple commitments with Adobe. I can confirm that you successfully canceled two of your plans, but the self-cancel process for the third was not completed.

     

    Please click on https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen to speak with a member of our team who can help you end your remaining commitment and request a refund for the unused service.

     

    I don’t see any records of any previous attempts to reach us, ​@Muofatoy, so use a different device to contact us at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. If an organization manages the device or network you are using, then you will need their help to reach us.

    AD04779504234CCA     I was charged for Adobe Pro without my consent and after cancelling my free trial. Even I cant remove my card information, and not sure if u will charge me again next month for my cancelled service)
