I was charged but I cancelled my plan
I am requesting a refund for a recent charge of CAD $45. I canceled my subscription before the free trial period ended and did not intend to continue with a paid plan.
Despite canceling during the trial period, I was charged CAD $45. I believe this charge was made in error, and I kindly ask that you review my account and process a refund.
