Question

I was charged for a plan after cancelling free trial

I signed up for an Adobe Acrobat 7-day free trial and cancelled the plan on the very same day, less than 12 hours after activating it. I also received an email confirmation confirming that my subscription had been cancelled.

Despite this, I was charged for the plan a month later. This is unacceptable, as I cancelled within the trial period and have proof of the cancellation. I am requesting a full refund of the charge and immediate confirmation that this subscription has been cancelled and will not renew in the future.
