I was charged for a subscription after canceling during the free trial. I want to dispute this transaction. But I couldn’t get a hold of the customer service! Please advise

After I received this cancellation on 16th I still got debited today 26th

    I just figured that out! Thanks four help y’all! The language did a trick on me there! But either way I haven’t been able to connect with a representative so I can file a refund since I’ll not be using their services at this time.

    check your account ( https://account.adobe.com )  to make sure you cancelled both acrobat and ai for acrobat.  from your screenshot, it looks like only ai for acrobat was cancelled.
