I was charged for three months of AI assistant for Acrobat

Hello,

i was charged for three months for the ai assistant for acrobat. I have no record of using this. I received no email notifications for the charges. And i cannot get in touch with a human agent! It is all very frustrating. I want to request a refund for this charge I DID NOT APPROVE.

    When this page opens there is no form to request a reimbursement. And when i search I cannot find it. And the chatbot leads nowhere. Can you please send a more direct link? Thank you
