I was charged twice within 3 days, How can i contact customer support?

Hey, so, Adobe just being Adobe again. 

They double charged me within 3 days for a single product i purchased a license for, Adobe Illustrator. 
Does anyone know how i can contact someone from customer support to resolve this? I've been looking for a while and they really like to hide that information.
