I was wrongfully charged a late payment fee
I got a message from Adobe that they couldn't retrieve a payment from my account and that I needed to update my card information, but there was nothing wrong with because I have been using it and checked with my bank to confirm that everything was fine.
I went in and simply clicked the retry payment option and it go through, but now I'm being charged more and I shouldn't have.
I've had this subscription for little more than a year now and this is the first time that this happens and I need to have that fee refunded and confirmation that this wont happened again please.
