I would like a refund.

I go to BGSU and they said it was free to download adobe creative cloud. I now have a about $30 purchase on my account. I would like a refund of my services, I don't wish to use adobe creative cloud for money.

1st, you need to talk to the person at your school who gave you wrong information

-or Chat link https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI

*Correction, the bill is for $21.44 and was posted on my credit card.
