I would like to get a refund for being charged after cancelling my subsrciption, before my 7 day FREE trial ended.

I started the free trial on August 11th.

I canceled the subscription on August 12th, and received a confirmation email.

Two months later, I am still being charged.

Thank you for posting, @Passionate_intuitionae94, and thanks to @John T Smith and @Peru Bob for their help.

I reviewed the subscriptions associated with your account. Your Acrobat Pro monthly trial was started on August 11 and canceled on August 12. However, there was also a separate monthly Acrobat AI Assistant subscription that started on August 19 and remained active until it was canceled today.

I understand how frustrating it is to continue seeing charges after you believed your subscription had been canceled.

Because Acrobat Pro and Acrobat AI Assistant are separate subscriptions, canceling one subscription does not automatically cancel the other. The charges you're seeing are associated with the Acrobat AI Assistant subscription.

If you have questions about the charges or would like your billing history reviewed, please get in touch with us directly here:

As @John T Smith suggested, you should check your account.
It’s possible, for example, that you may have subscribed to both Acrobat and Acrobat AI Assistant but only cancelled one of them.
