I would like to request a refund.

I had taken a the monthly trial and then cancelled but got a charge for two memberships one for adobe pohtoshop and than another random one for stock images which I don't belive I ever applied for. When I try to cancel these memberships there is an annual early cancellation fee of $104 if you cancel after 14 days of purchase which is not only more than the actual membership itslef but I indeed am trying to cancel it the same day of the charges so the fee shouldn't be applied If I read it right. So I am requesting a refund for the two recent memberships I wanted to cancel without having to pay the $104 since the payments went through today not 2 weeks ago, thank you.
