ich bin Creative Cloud Abonnentin, und habe mir die Standardversion von Firefly für EUR 10,98 dazu gebucht. Das System erkennt nicht das nicht und sagt mir ich müsse Credits dazukaufen. Ich habe bisher aber nur ein paar Fotos bearbeitet.

Could you try this and let us know if the issue persists if this doesn’t resolve the issue.
After getting a new plan, log out of the creative cloud app to reset the functions of Firefly. Log out then back in to the Creative Cloud App, after you get a new subscription or change subscription.
