Ich habe den Gutschein Creative Cloud Foto-Abo 1TB zur Umstellung auf die Zahlungsoption Jahresabo prepaid eingelöst und das bisherige Abo Creative Cloud Foto-Abo läuft trotzdem weiter.

Nach Einlösung des Gutscheins zur Verlängerung für 1 Jahr wurde ein zweites, gleiches Abo eröffnet, sodass ich nun doppelt bezahle für die Nutzung von Creative Cloud Foto-Abo. 
Wie kann ich das Abo mit monatl. Zahlung ohne Stornokosten beenden?

    I'm very sorry for any confusion you have had while managing your different subscriptions.

     

    I can confirm that you do have two active subscriptions. The new plan you purchased included additional storage. Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/apps/licensing-activation/serial-number-redemption-code/redeem-code-adobe-account.html for information on how to utilize a redemption code with an active subscription.

     

    You can use the steps listed at https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html to self-cancel any unneeded subscriptions.
