    Thanks. I actually, I wanted to accept the half price offer, but that failed, whatever I tried. Now I just cancelled. Adobe really dropped the ball.

    Hi Shivangi,

    Thanks for your reply. Actually, at this point I want to cancel my subscription. I feel increasingly frustrated with Adobe, and the price is way too high. 

    But when I try to cancel, I get the subscription offered at half price, which is a bit more reasonable. And this error occurs each time I click on “Details” for this offer.

    The chat support definitely does not work at all. I cannot enter any text in the chatbot field.
