If i change my yearly lightroom plan to a student creative cloud one do i have to pay cancel fee?

If i change my yearly lightroom plan to a student creative cloud one do i have to pay cancelation fee, because i also want to start using photoshop and maybe some other programs, so i want to switch plans but i dont want to pay the full 70 euro cancel fee i have now will i also pay that when i change plans to an more expensive one?

    Adobe allows plan changes without a cancellation fee, especially if you're upgrading to a more comprehensive plan like the student Creative Cloud plan. However, changing your plan may restart your annual commitment. So while you won’t pay a cancellation fee, you’ll begin a new 12-month term under the student plan.
