Ik heb een firefly account met email

Question

Ik hen een firefly account met mijn emal Lsch**@gmail.com**.
Per ongeluk heb ik een ander emaladres ingevoerd (voks**@gmail.com**), waarna er automatisch een abonnement op firefly wordt aangeboden.
Ik kan niet meer inloggen met Lsch**@gmail.com** en het abonnement met voks**@gmail.com** niet verwijderen.

Dit gebeurde al eens eerder en ik viond he dan ook bijzonder irritant dat ik een abonnement, dat ik per ongeluk op een verkeerd emailadres heb aangemaakt, niet kan opzeggen

Mijn verzoek is dus: het abonnement op Firefly met voks**@gmail.com** verwijderen en met Lsch**@gmail.com** actief laten.
