Illustrator auf einmal nicht mehr im Adobe Studenten Paket?!

Im Titel steht ja schon worum es sich handelt. Leider musste ich heute feststellen, dass ich keine Datei mehr in Illustrator öffnen kann. Die Adobe Plattform bietet mir dann an, ein Abo abzuschließen, welches ich jedoch schon seit monaten besitze. Es muss sich hier um einen Fehler handeln. Falls jemand darpber bescheid weiß, bitte ich um eine Antwort.
