I am having the same issue. Adobe support is not helpful at all. Just like the person who answered with a bunch of links for you to try and figure out yourself they are all links for the desktop version. Adobe support kept giving me steps to do that were impossible on the ipad. They act like you are the problem while the dip in your pocket for the monthly fees.

I appreciate the update, @Exuberant_intuition5549, and apologize for the continued confusion.

I did double-check your plan and what was available before I responded. You can see an X next to Illustrator on iPad at https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/plan-types-and-eligibility/cc-app-web-mobile-access.html.

These changes were made as part of the pricing changes discussed at https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/plan-types-and-eligibility/changes-to-individual-plan.html that occurred earlier. You opted to switch to the Standard plan on January 26th.

You could purchase a separate Illustrator plan from the Apple app store, @Exuberant_intuition5549, but I think you will find more value in upgrading to a Pro Plan for the money you spend. The app store subscription would only give you access to Illustrator for iPad.

There is no penalty to change your plan, @Exuberant_intuition5549, so feel free to use the steps at https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/plan-changes-and-upgrades/change-adobe-plan.html if you decide to change to the Pro plan that includes Illustrator for iPad, and Photoshop and Lightroom on the web.

Generative credits are also included with a Pro plan, which I have personally found invaluable for my volunteer efforts outside of work.

    Thank you for posting, Exhuberant_intuition.

I apologize for any confusion. Illustrator for iPad is included with a Creative Cloud Pro plan but not with the Creative Cloud Standard plan.

I appreciate the cost savings you get with the Creative Cloud Standard Plan, Exhuberant_intuition, but if you plan to use Illustrator for iPad, I recommend upgrading to a Creative Cloud Pro plan.

Please see https://adobe.ly/4fzmKnw for a comparison between the two plans.

You can use the steps listed at https://adobe.ly/3Rf8pmL to switch your plan to a Pro subscription and gain access to Illustrator for iPad and many more features, Exhuberant_intuition.

Please update this public discussion thread if you have any additional questions, Exhuberant_intuition. ^JW
