Illustrator for iPad will not work and says my trial has ended

I have not been able to use Illustrator for iPad for two months now since it says my trial has ended. I have a full subscription and a payment a monthly fee to access this application on my iPad. It's absolutely maddening. I understand now why people want to move to Procreate? Why is Adobe making it so difficult to access these products when you're paying a monthly subscription?

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

 

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

 

if that fails, change the install location
