illustrator, indesign and phtoshop are not working

I recently got the adobe student membership and downloaded illustrator, photoshop and indesign but when i open them, it seems like not working. When i try to create a new document on Indesign it shows me this message 

I am really frustated because i need those programs but they are not working. I even had to downloaded an older version of photoshop to make it work and it did work but that was not the case for illustrator nor indesign, please help!
