illustrator key not working

when i buy illustrator cc with the key when I fill the billing form on the email section give an error because i use yahoo I buy when I used Gmail account it went fine after download I start installing but when I put the key when I installed they give me the wrong ki error why?

I moved your post to a better forum, Account, Payment & Plan.

 

But as above there is no Key, Serial Number, or any other authentication for using Adobe Illustrator other than Signing In with the Adobe ID, Email Address and Password, used to Purchase the subscription for that program, or set, Group, of programs.

 

So It looks like you bought something from somewhere that might be Counterfeit, Pirated.

Hi

Adobe does not provide keys for the installation of Illustrator, you need to purchase a subscription and sign in with your Adobe ID and password.

Where did you purchase Illustrator from
