Illustrator not included in Creative Cloud?

I'm having some difficulty with accessing Adobe Illustrator and I can't figure out what is going on. I have the Creative Cloud student plan that is supposed to include Illustrator. I know this as I've used it many times. Although, when I went to open Illustrator today it asked me to "Try" or "Buy" it. Help @adobe,
