Illustrator on the web (beta) not recognizing license

I enjoyed trying out the Ai web beta and have been trying to export the graph that I made. I am signed in with a company account and confirmed that my Adobe Creative Cloud Pro license is active. Regardless, I am prompted to “upgrade” my subscription any time I attempt to export or save the file.

Edit: I noticed I am able to see the file in my Creative Cloud recent files, so it appears to be auto saving--and I was able to download the .ai file from the CC, but still unable to do so from the Ai web window.

@Guswiler If you’re just trying out Illustrator Web Beta, did you sign up for the trial version, or did you install the web app directly from Creative Cloud? Since you were able to download the .ai file from your Creative Cloud Recent Files, your work is saving correctly — the limitation is specifically with the web export feature.

I am just guessing here, some enterprise and company accounts can open and auto‑save files in the web beta, but exporting or downloading from the web interface may still trigger an “upgrade” prompt if the organization hasn’t enabled full beta access.
