Illustrator Subscription Renewal Issue

Hello,

 

I subscribed to Ai on Oct 12, 2020. It included 2 weeks free trail period and the next monthly renewal on Nov 26, 2020. However, I have received a message to renew it today itself on Nov 13, 2020.

 

Where is the free trail period of 14 days? How does this work?

 

Can anyone help please? 

Airtel Customer care number 800-833-6687 replies as OUT OF SERVICE.
Chatbot is taking too long to understand this in the first place.

Trail period is available for 7 days only. I am not sure how you are saying it's 14 days. See the following for details
