im being charged by adobe despite having no plans active

ive been attempted to be charged multiple times by adobe, i started the process of purchasing a plan but it didnt go through, now weeks later my account says no active plans but there was multiple attempts at charging my card throughout the week, one being successful and this is ongoing.

ie, contact your credit card provider and report fraud.

We appreciate you reaching out. I looked into your account details, there is no active subscription linked with it. Also, I could not find any transactions requested by Adobe. Did you speak with your bank about this?
