imcompatibilidad por cambio de correro

Tengo problema de compatibilidad, me inicie en la cuenta con Hotmail y posteriorme cambié a Gmail, no solo no puedo bajar las nuevas compras sino que ademas  las que tenia de años anteriores no las puedo recuperar, necesito ayuda para resolver este conflicto,
