Impossible de connecter l'application bureau Creative Cloud

J'arrive à me connecter à mon compte adobe sur internet mais je n'arrive pas à connecter avec les mêmes id et mdp l'appli bureau Creative cloud .....

sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used log into your adobe account: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
