Impossible to cancel my account

I find this an absolute stain on Adobe. 
 

never have I come across a company that makes it impossible to cancel a subscription, I have recently run into a crisis and can’t afford the subscription, yet Adobe makes it impossible to cancel. 
 

im reporting them to the ACCC.

 

this is so so wrong.

    I just cancelled my card with my bank and got a new card - that was the only way around it. 
     

    Adobe should not be allowed to operate the way that they do.
