Impossible to cancel subscription?
After looking for hours on the website, I finally managed to cancel my subscription by calling the cancellation service twice (mid September) and got a confirmation email.
But now I am still being charged. After trying to call the cancellation service again for five times and just being disconnected after waiting forever I am getting REALLY dissafisfied. Can anyone at Adobe PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AND REFUND THE OCTOBER CHARGE!!!
