Impossible to cancel TRIAL!

Hi. I took up an Adobe Acrobat trial as I wanted to edit a PDF. I also have a Creative Cloud 100GB subscription. It was IMPOSSIBLE to see the Acrobat trial plan separate to the Cloud plan and I was unable to stop the trial. Now I'm being charged, and again, there is no separate Acrobat plan to cancel. I do not want to have to cancel my entire Creative plan. Please assist and reverse the charge that went off today 26 May. Thanks.

Thank you for reaching out. Upon checking, I can confirm that only an individual Creative Cloud All Apps plan is associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query.

Could you please visit https://account.adobe.com/plans and verify whether the Acrobat trial plan you mentioned appears under your account?

Please note that the Creative Cloud All Apps plan already includes access to Adobe Acrobat, so there is no need to purchase a separate license for it. For more details, you can refer to the following article:
