Impossible to cancel TRIAL!
Hi. I took up an Adobe Acrobat trial as I wanted to edit a PDF. I also have a Creative Cloud 100GB subscription. It was IMPOSSIBLE to see the Acrobat trial plan separate to the Cloud plan and I was unable to stop the trial. Now I'm being charged, and again, there is no separate Acrobat plan to cancel. I do not want to have to cancel my entire Creative plan. Please assist and reverse the charge that went off today 26 May. Thanks.
