Impossible to come back to my student plan

Hi everyone, 

I haf a student subscription planned to be active until the end of my studentship in June 2026. 2 months ago I was automatically cjanged to creative Cloud Pro and now it is impossible to change it into student version. I tried the support of virtual assistant and had to stay at least 1 hour and half on chat. These virtual assistants say I am obliged to subscribe for an AI assistant for Acrobat plan in addition to my current plan. My proof of studenship was already accepted and I don't know why is so difficult for Adobe support to update my plan based on the studenship proof I provided. I  lose considerable time and patience.

Just now I received a mail saying that my studentship status can not be confirmed. I am really not happy about the customer support. 

Could someone give some advice or help?
