Impossible to purchase as an individual in Pakistan.

Hello, and for the past one week, I have been trying to purchase a creative cloud subscription but unfortunately I have been unable to. I live in Pakistan and I have been wanting to use the creative cloud, features and all applications for my creative work however, I am facing the problem of not being able to purchase directly from the website I can see the offers that are within my local currency and affordable to me because the international prices or the prices in the states are extremely expensive when converted into my currency.

on the website I see the offers in my currency and I try to purchase them but it says you cannot make the purchase in your current country so what I do then is I am redirected to a webpage where I see read sellers of a door and it asks me to purchase from these resellers however, all of these resellers sell commercial licenses. I am not a corporation. Neither am I a business. I am a solo artist who cannot afford this commercial prices and I am an individual who wants to be able to purchase the plans that are available on the website because they are affordable. However, I believe that there is no option for me as an individual in Pakistan to be able to purchase any creative cloud product because of this limitation or this gap between the commercial market and the website not allowing me to purchase directly what do I do?
