impossible to stop or change the subscription, and the tech support is ....well not up to task.

i tried to change my subscription, at 2022, but the tech guy (nitesh) wanted to do different, and didnt let me go (end the sub) I asked if theres a button where i could end the sub, but no, seems like its a scam, i have to write about this to the finnish customercare office. that you have to have a possibility to end or change...
the customer care at adobe seems to be in india or similar and they will not want to understand, what you are after... i only wanted to use it when i need it. today someone called me of adobe upport, but that was no help to me. he insisted me to call to a number 969 *** 671(called from the nmber +1(401)***-3**5

Thank you for posting this! It's 2023 and I'm still not able to get a proper response from adobe. I've cancelled and asked for a refund instead they said they couldn't find the charge.

i can see adobe support misunderstood you, but you were also confusing in some of your responses.  try again, if you want to cancel and bear the penalty.
