Impossible to switch to annual. "Error: Plan unavailable"

Hello,

My subscription of 5 years just got renewed two days ago but I received an email stating that the price of the monthly subscription to the Photography (20Gb) plan will go from 11,99€ to 18,14 € per month next month. But, good news, the price would remain the same if I switched to upfront annual payment.

 

I thought "sure", since I'll still use PS in a year, but when I click on "Update Subscription", I get:

Error: Plan unavailable

We’re unable to continue with this plan. Select another plan or if you think you’re seeing this message in error, please contact Customer Support.
 

What gives? If I cancel, that plan isn't available on https://www.adobe.com/fr/creativecloud/plans.html and I'll have to pay much more. It's like dangling a carrot in front of me, onIy to deny it in the end. I just need Photoshop and Bridge. Can you do something about it? The chatbot is utterly stupid and doesn't understand the problem.

Problem solved after typing "agent" in the chat and talking to a human, who manually updated the plan.

FYI - This remains a problem 5 months later. There is no way for me to pick a new annual plan as it only says "Error: Plan unavailable" and doesn’t allow me to decide.

My point being, I shouldn’t have to contact support. Especially after at least 5 months. Adobe should have a web development team that can fix this poor customer experience. Especially when it comes down to trying to maintain customers.
