Impossible to switch to annual. "Error: Plan unavailable"
Hello,
My subscription of 5 years just got renewed two days ago but I received an email stating that the price of the monthly subscription to the Photography (20Gb) plan will go from 11,99€ to 18,14 € per month next month. But, good news, the price would remain the same if I switched to upfront annual payment.
I thought "sure", since I'll still use PS in a year, but when I click on "Update Subscription", I get:
Error: Plan unavailable
What gives? If I cancel, that plan isn't available on https://www.adobe.com/fr/creativecloud/plans.html and I'll have to pay much more. It's like dangling a carrot in front of me, onIy to deny it in the end. I just need Photoshop and Bridge. Can you do something about it? The chatbot is utterly stupid and doesn't understand the problem.
