I am so very tired and have had a horrific experience with billing and the chat session. I called a couple of hours after being billed $3,107.01 for producgtd I dont use, got talked into a different plan and got billed for $1,385.01 and they refunded me $1,830 and still have productd I can't use, more licenses of them and I guess I get charged 10 months for a 3hr SAME DAY licensing "fix" atat continues to cost me more. I will disable my billing for I NO LONGER TRUST ADOBE. I thought I would get a copy of the chat but did not so my bad for letting the company take advantage of me... Case ADB-42699500-S3C5
