Incorrect Annual Plan on Adobe Stock Subscription

Dear Adobe Support Team,

I hope you are well.

I am writing to request assistance regarding the terms of my Adobe Stock subscription. I originally signed up for the free trial, and I acknowledge that I did not cancel it before the trial ended, resulting in the automatic monthly billing. I accept that part completely.

However, when I decided to cancel the subscription now, I was surprised to find that my account had been automatically placed on an annual plan, even though I never selected or agreed to such a plan. As a result, I am now being asked to pay a large cancellation fee.

I feel this is unfair, as I did not knowingly choose an annual contract, nor was I clearly informed that the free trial would convert into one.

Could someone please assist me in resolving this issue?

Thank you for your time and understanding. I look forward to your response.

Kind regards,

Chenesté

your trial was for an annual subscription.  there was a note and email that if that trial was not canceled within 14 days, it would obligate you to a 1 year subscription.

if you're close to those 14 days you might be able to plead your case.  what was the date of the email acknowledging your trial?

For anyone else reading this
.
Please read everything so you know what you are doing BEFORE you buy a subscription or start a trial... the link below has the information you need
.
Also... You are allowed ONE trial per account... if you have already had a trial, and you sign up for another trial, you will be charged immediately
.
If you buy a HIGHER COST Monthly subscription you may cancel at any time without a fee... when you buy an Annual subscription with Monthly payments, and you do not cancel in NO MORE than 14 days from the start of your subscription, you pay 1/2 of the remaining time if you cancel early... you also need to keep track of your annual renewal date, so you may cancel after your 12th payment, before your subscription renews and you start a new one year subscription
.
RENEWAL IS AUTOMATIC UNTIL YOU CANCEL
.

Thanks for your answer!

I went looking in my spam folder and found the email there. I didn't see it. I started the free trail 10 October. It ended 5 November.
