Incorrect billing

Last month I needed some help converting bank statements to .csv and tried Acrobat, I own a copy of Acrobat Pro but tried some products anyway, which didn’t work, so cancelled the subscriptions for which I received a refund. I also received a cancellation confirmation. However, since then I have had a couple of notices saying I’m to be billed for AUD 31 per month for a yearly subscription. Plus that the payment details are incorrect.  Funny how I had refunds for the other apps but Adobe reckon they need an update for this one!!

I’ve tried responding via their chatbot but got nowhere, tried a real person there and just got run out of time. I’m trying to respond to their emails and I don’t want the subscription and I have from Chatbot a copy of what's up to date with my account, plainly stating my account is all paid. Mostly I’m putting this in writing for the record.

Any proper email contacts for Adobe would be appreciated!

Thanks

Grant

Thanks for all your interest. I went to the Chat and straight away asked for an agent. Couple of generic questions and I got onto a very helpful agent who pointed out the error of my ways in the nicest possible way,  cancelled the aforementioned  Acrobat subscription,  signed me up for a cheaper subscription of Acrobat express, which has a 90 day trial period and promised, in writing, to assist me if and when I don't want it anymore. So, I'm grateful for your advice and particularly relieved I'm not up for a hefty cancellation fee. Many thanks, Regards, Grant

Thanks John, I pay by PayPal and I can’t see where they’ve knocked Adobe back. Adobe just wants new card details which is strange as 3 other transactions went through to Adobe from PP and I had refunds for all 3. As you can see I also had Cancellation Details from Adobe at about the same time
