How do I get a refund for a cancelled subscription? My account was charged before I cancelled the subscription free trial. When will I get my money back?

to ensure you cancelled and to check if a refund is pending.

A trial is 7 days and you have 14 days from starting to cancel... if you cancelled in time a refund will take up to 14 working days (weekends do not count)
