Incorrect billing on my plan - I cannot find a way to resolve
I need help with my plan. I have had the Photography Plan since 2016. Given current frustrations I cannot help but think about alternatives.
What I need: my plan changed back to what it has been for almost 10 years.
I have an annual plan. Billed in advance. For some reason I have been billed monthy for the plan, but at least it seems to be the right rate. I looked now to ensure my plan is correct given teh discontinuance of the plan, and there are problems.
Firstly, I have been billed at $14.99 for a few months. As I understand it, this is the monthly payment rate.
My plan summary clearly states annual plan. I try to go through the steps to reset as annual plan and I'm told it is no longer avaiable, but I also understand is has not yet ended.
