Incorrect billing on my plan - I cannot find a way to resolve

I need help with my plan. I have had the Photography Plan since 2016. Given current frustrations I cannot help but think about alternatives. 

 

What I need: my plan changed back to what it has been for almost 10 years. 

 

I have an annual plan. Billed in advance. For some reason I have been billed monthy for the plan, but at least it seems to be the right rate. I looked now to ensure my plan is correct given teh discontinuance of the plan, and there are problems. 

 

Firstly, I have been billed at $14.99 for a few months. As I understand it, this is the monthly payment rate. 
My plan summary clearly states annual plan. I try to go through the steps to reset as annual plan and I'm told it is no longer avaiable, but I also understand is has not yet ended.

and that annual plan paid annually is 2/3 the cost of the increased plan you're on now.

I'm going to try again to change the plan to annual paid. I recall the notification previously regarding the price increase but I looked at the account and saw it was on the annual plan and I did not need to change.

there is no monthly photography plan . you have the annual plan paid monthly. 

 

you should change it back to annual paid annually.

As checked on our end, I can confirm that you have an active annual plan, paid monthly for the Adobe Creative Cloud Photography plan (20GB) associated with the Adobe ID you used to post this query. Please note that this has been your plan from the beginning. You can review your invoices by following the steps below:

  1. Sign in at https://adobe.ly/4jSlfzA

  2. Select View invoices for your plan or product

  3. In the Orders and invoices section, select View invoices

  4. You can then view, download, or email your invoice by selecting the corresponding icon

Additionally, please note that you have been billed $14.99/month since March, due to a global price increase for the Photography plan with 20GB storage.

As your plan is currently on an annual billing cycle (paid monthly), you may switch to an annual prepaid plan by visiting your Adobe Account page. To do this, select the Manage Plan button, then click on Update Subscription.

I will try again to change  the billing to annual. I tried that previously, with what I believe were the right steps and received an error that the plan was no longer available.
