incorrect postal code

Hello, when i try to purchase photography plan the website rejects my postal code in the payments page. It responds postal code is incorrect. I have tried to change region in the plans page. No luck. I am trying different postal codes. No luck. I have tried from multiple browsers. No luck. I have changed privacy settings in my browser. No luck. Can anyone help?

    Hello.

     
    The postal code must be entered in 5 digits.
    (No spaces or hyphens)
    The similar phenomenon seems to have appeared in other countries, so please refer to it when you are going to purchase in other countries.

    Make sure the country is right. Make sure it's a postcode from the same country. Try the postcode with and without a space.
