InDesign (16.4) stopped working overnight

Hello

My InDesign version 16.4 has the following messages: Your subscription status cannot be confirmed. However, this cannot be correct, the subscription is correct.

Then follows: An error has occurred, are you connected to the Internet? - Yes, I am.

After restarting the computer, the entire InDesign no longer reacts. A downgrade to 16.3.2 does not work either.

What's the problem here? Yesterday everything went perfectly and the next day nothing works.

Thanks for the answers

Are you able to log into your Adobe ID and see your account in a web browser?

Try to connect with Adobe support chat.
