InDesign says 'No purchase found' despite active plan

I already have an active Adobe InDesign plan, but when I open the program on my computer, it says 'No purchase found'. What can I do to fix this issue?

When I try to upgrade my plan to Creative Cloud Pro, I get the error message: "Sorry, we couldn’t change your plan. Please try again." How can I resolve this problem?

Same problem. I subscribed for InDesign but now keep getting a prompt to verify my subscription status. How can I solve this?
