Infinite loading screen when trying to cancel subscription

8 days. It's been 8 days since i'm trying to cancel it. It's really annoying and ridiculous cause everything else works fine. I don't know what to do.

also, try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled.
