I want to change the main email because the registered one never checks it, but I have another free account so I don't need to change it, how should I proceed?

If your request is to change your main email to another free account address, you can't change to an Adobe-registered address from the web.
Consultation is needed with support.

But I'm not interested in inserting secondary mail, which has already been done, but making sure that the mail arrives at the secondary mail, communications, articles etc. and if possible, also modify the main mail.
