Info on iPad use

Question

Hi

I've just returned to using Adobe.
I have tried to down load PS to my iPad and it's telling me I need to pay £9.98 a month on top of my subscription is this correct.

I can't seem to find customer service email. And this is one of the main factors of me leaving in the first place.

please tell me I'm wrong or I can't understand a company this big have no customer support.

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
