Lize Wubbels

i've never heard of 60 days of free use* so i'm not sure where you got that information.  once there were 30 day trials but those haven't been available for years.

but for adobe chat, using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

click contact us (in the lower right)
in the chat field, type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

* addendum: this a.m. i saw a 60 day trial offer for extension builder 3.0:

my danish is weak though i know enough german to understand most of that.  i don't see anything obviously bogus, but save that message so when you contact adobe they'll have something to check, if they have doubts.

Hello

I have attached a screenshot that I got from chosing 60 days free. Maybe this gives you more information?

I'd rather speak to someone from the Netherlands to help me out, is that also a possibility?

The message says that 60 days have been credited to your account and that this will be reflected on your next invoice.

So that means that you contacted the customer service and they offered to add 60 free days to your subscription as a goodwill gesture for not cancelling your subscription. In other words you'll get 14 months for the price of 12.

If this is not what you wanted, please contact Customer Service through the link in the previous post.
