Ingresé correo incorrecto al comprar el paquete

Hola! Cuando compré el paquete no me di cuenta que había redactado mal mi correo, por lo que no me llegó la compra del paquete. Cómo puedo hacer para recuperar mi paquete y cambiar el correo? El correo que ingresé al inicio NO EXISTE, así que no tengo cómo tener acceso a él.
